I've started with a blank reedplate, and chose 10 reeds with the best profiles.
All reeds are polished to eliminate premature cracks.

That's cool man, are you sizing (embossing) the reed slots? Do you build one on double reedplates, twice the throw?

of course I do, I can't play unembossed diatonics...
Never built a double reedplate diatonic though
