Junior Wells was a Chicago-based blues harp player and singer. He is well known for his collaborations with Muddy Waters, Earl Hopper, and Buddy Guy. Bill Dahl describes him as “one bad dude, strutting across the stage like a harp-toting gangster, mesmerizing the crowd with his tough-guy antics and rib-sticking Chicago blues attack”.
