Tom Petty knew how to play harmonica and played it with soul … a simple yet evocative country-rock style that was loved by millions. We’ll miss him. Rest in peace, Tom. To remember and celebrate Tom’s life, here are two of my favorite songs of his.

Have been playing along to TP most of the day, such sad news, so glad I made it to Hyde park this summer. Maybe the tour was just a bit too much. 40 years of wonderful songs & tunes. Gone but never forgotten. RIP.
