Pat Ramsey (born in Louisiana, 1953 – 2008) was best known for his harmonica work on Johnny Winter’s Album He also played with the Allman Brothers Band. With his band the Blues Disciples, he frequently opened for better-known harmonica players like James Cotton and Charlie Musselwhite. He was a musician’s musician, always tasteful.
